In an undated letter, docketed on September 25, 1979, a petitioner for leave to intervene, Mr.
F.
H.
Potthoff III, moved that we void that part of our Order dated August 27, 1979 which conflicts with 10 C.F.R.
s 2. 714 (a) (3 ).
To the extent the petitioner complains that our Order of August 27, 1979 adversely affects him, his motion has been mooted by our Order of September 20, 1979 which granted him an extension of time to October 5, 1979, within which to file amended conten-tions.
Accordingly, the instant motion is denied.
To the extent Mr. Potthoff complains that others are adversely affected, his motion is denied.
He does not profess to have been clothed with the authority to represent the interests of others.
It is so ORDERED.
