ORDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME (October 1, 1979)
On September 27, 1979, The Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) filed a request for an additional extension of time to respond to Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) Fifth Set of Interrogatories to Northern California Power Agency and Department of Water Resources and Fourth Set of Interrogatories to the Cities of Anaheim and Riverside, Good cause having been shown and no objections filed, the request is granted.
NCPA will have up to and including October 15, 1979 to respond to PG&E's interrogatories.
It is so ordered.
