TECIP!ICAL SPECIFICATIC:IS (TS)
Discussions with D. Bridges UER Project Manager for 'DII revealed that the subject TS change will be approved in the near future.
This change updates the TS to reflect the modified reporting requirenents discussed in the recent revision to Regulatory Guide 1.166 The licensee, however, has reorganized the entire administrative controls section of the TS.
As a result, cany requir e nts have new identification nu=bers.
A total of 34 SSIP inspection procedures for 60 inspection elements are affected by this change. The relationship between old and new TS nu=hers is shown on attached - Changes to TMI Inspection Procedures.
The attachment identifies the SSIP inspection procedures applicable to the revised TS and should help Mr. Spessard make appropriate adjustments to the SSIP to compensate for these changes. We do not plan to develop any new inspection procedures for the SSIP.
