SEQUOYAh NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AhD 2 - STEAM GENERATOR WATER LEVEL REF2RENCE COLUMN ERROR - NCR MEB 79 FINAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector B. W. Riley on June 29, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
An interin report was submitted July 26, 1979. Enclosed is our final report. An identical nonconformance (NCR) has been reported for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant as NCR ME3 7"-33.
