Dear Sir:
This is to inform you that the estimated submission date of our updated Safety Report, -
which appeared in Annex C to the letter of application, dated 5 September 1979, will have to be extended to November 30, 1979.
A forced outage of our UTR-10 reactor in mid-September required the diversion of personnel who were preparing the report to full-time effort at restoring the reactor to a normal operation schedule. This and other unplanned demands on the in-dividual's time caused the postponement in the scheduled submission date. I regret this change but trust it meets with your approval.
