We have completed our review of your revised Security Guard Training and Qualification Plan which was transmitted to us by your letter of August 13, 1979. We find the revised ? an acceptable.
l Accoraingly, we are hereby amending Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Dratection Amendment MPP-2 to your License No. SNM-960 by modifying License Condition 9.1.C as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective 60 days after receipt. We are enclosing the complete License Conditions 9.1 and 9.2 in the enclosure as a matter of administrative ccovenience.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of August 13, 1979 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
