Attendees:
F. Schroeder B. Grenier S. Hanauer A. Hon J. Knight J. Watt M. Aycock W. Butler A. Serkiz D. Pickett The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the status of the A-43 Task Action Plan, the Burns and Rce Proposal and the funding thereof, and the DSS-RES interface.
The following was decided:
1.
DSS will not transfer FY79 funds to RES to support the Burns and ROE Proposal. Further consideration will be given folicwing completion of tne Task Action Plan.
2.
Mixe Aycock was identified as the NRR-RES interface relative to the funding.
3.
TMI-2 will not be one of the twelve plants considered in this program.
4.
A-43 will not address the development of analysis methods and evaluation of plants relative to subcompartment pressurization. Walt Sutler was requested to pursue this concern as a separate issue.
5.
Jim Watt was requested to assemble the NRR team to comple:e :he Task Action Plan.

Frank Schroeder questioned whether current methods of locating postulated pipe breaks was applicable to the insulation debris question.
Jim Knight supported the maximum stress bases of Regulatory Guide 1.46 and reiterated his desire for participation by hi3 people in pipe break and insulation dobris analysis.
