This report is submitted in accordance with your instructions of Septem::er 16, 1977 and Mr. C. F. Riederer's supplementarj instructions of September 29, 1978, and reflects the accounting action taken by Wisconsin Electric as a result of the Commission's order of Marcn 2,1979, in Docket CA-5491.
