REQt!ESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM MET-ED/GPU All requests for documents from Met-Ed/GPU should be made in writing to:
J. G. Herbein, Vice-President of Generation, with a copy to Gecoge F.
Trowbridge, Esq., of Shaw, Pittman, Potts and Trowbridge,1888 M Street, N.W., Washington, D. C. 20036.
If an oral request is made to any Met Ed or GPU persons, it should be followed up by a written request in the form referred to above.
The person instigscing the request will be responsible for ensuring there is a complete turn over.
If the request is pending for more than two weeks, we will issue a subpoena unless there is an adequate explanation.
Please send George Frampton & copy of all written requests and advise him of any requests more than two weeks old.
