Wa have routinely utilized 6M containers within the U.S. for shipmnts of Radium 226 sources coming to us for disposal. We recently forwarded several 6M containers to Saudi Arabia to return 1 Irilligram Radium sources. The containers and sources were ret.nrned as far as Paris where they are currently awaiting a copy of the Type B certificate for the containers.

Please list Nuclear Sources and Servloes, Inc. as an authorized user of DC7f permit 5908 (DOT-6M Type B).

labels will be forwarded to Paris to identify the container as a USA /5908/

B()F package.
