This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. C. L. Cain of this office on % rch 11, 1981, of the activities authori::ed by NRC Byproduct Material License L'o. 42-16559-01 and to the discussion of our findings held by the inspector w-lth memoers of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted uncer the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance witn the Commis-sion's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license.
The inspec-tion consistec of selective examinations of procedures anc representative records, interviews of personnel, indepencent measurements and coservations by tne inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were found during the inspection.
Mr. Cain also reviewed the action you hac taken witn res;ect to four violations coserved during our previous inspection, wnicn was concucted May 13, June 5, anc June 12, 1930.
He verified nat the corrective acticn witn respect to these items was implemented as stated in your recly of Septenbar 2, 1950, to our letter cated August 22, 1950.
