' 'q',T Gentlemen:

This refers to the special inspection conducted by Dr. W.

J. Adam of this office on March 10, 1981, and to the discussi n of our findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.

The inspection was conducted in response to your telephone conversation of March 6, 1981, with Dr. W J. Adam in which yc u expressed concern regarding residual radiation levels in the officer you now occupy as a result of the activities of the previous occupant.

From a survey of the premises it appeared that there was no residual radiation levels in excess of regulatory limits f or an unrestricted area and that the offices are suitable for unrestricted use.

We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this inspection.
