NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0t@11SS10N TlilS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, effective the 23rd day of October ,19 79, by and between the UNITED STATES OF Af1 ERICA (hereinafter referred to as the " Government"), as represented by the UNITED STAIES NUCLEAR REGULATORY C0i@ilS-Tile UNIVERSITY OF SION (hereinafter referred to as the " Commission"), and OKLAliOMA (hereinafter referred to as the " Contractor"), WITNESSET11 T11AT: as hereinafter WiiEREAS, the parties desire to modify Contract No. NRC-04-76-314 2~TI provided, and this supplemental agreement is authorized by law, including the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. NOW, IliEREFORE, said contract is hereby modified as follows: 1. In the prefatory sentence of APPENDIX A, the date " December 31, 1979 is substituted for the date " September 30, 1979." 2.
