SEQUOYAh NUCLEAR PLAET UNIT 1 - VIBRATION IN RHR PIPING - NCR CEB 79 FINAL AEFORT The subject deficiency was int tially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector C. R. McFarland on February 8, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Interim reports were submitted on March 9, 1979, May 8, 1979, and July 11, 1979. The interin reports on this nonconformance inadvertently indicated it applied to both units 1 and 2.
Please disregard the applicability to unit 2.
