This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. N. A. Nicholson of this office on October 24-25, 1979,of activities at St. Joseph's Hospital authorized by NRC License No. SNM-1401 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Andrew Lagatta at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of a selective examination of pro-cedures and representative records, observations, and interviews with personnel.
Enclosed is NRC form 591 describing the one item of noncompliance during the inspection of your nuclear pacer aker program. No reply to this office is necessary.
