Direct testimony on the "need for power" issues, as outlined by the Board at the prehearing conference on September 21, 1979, must be served on the Board by 12 noon on Tuesday, October 2, 1979, at the Holiday Inn, 529 Park Plaza in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
At the commencement of the evidentiary hearing, during the morning of October 3,.1979, the Board will hear additional limited appearance statements, if any.
