Docket No. 50-193 AMENDMENT TO IND_EMNITY AGREEMENT N0. E-25 AMENDMENT N0. 12 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-25, between The University of Texas, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated November 20, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:

"In the course of transportation" means in the course of transportation within the United States, or in the course of transportation outside the United States and any other nation, including handling or temporary storage incidental thereto, of the radioactive material to the location or from the location provided that:
