Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment f1PP-1 to your License SNM-368 was amended on July 10, 1979, to incorporate your Safeguards Contingency Plan. The implementation of the plan was delayed by amendment dated August 15, 1979. An $8300 major cafeguards amendment fee was paid for our review and approval of the plan.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review fee is $5510.
We have notified our Office of the Controller to refund $2790 to you.
