Expiration of License The inspector contacted the licensee by phone on May 31, 1979 and notified him that his license 37-01993-10 had expired on October 31, 1978.
The licensee informed the inspector that he possessed no byproduct material under the authorization of this license and wished to have his license terminated.
In a letter sent by the licensee to the Regional Office on August 23, 1979, the licensee informed the office that it possessed the licensed material under an existing license, 37-01993-14.

Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplied by the licensee and has determined that a closecut survey is not necessary and that this license should be retired.
