(i) the containment vessel is limited to a 5-inch Senedule 40 steel pipe,11 inches long, with threaded cap closure, (ii) the outside drwn must have at least 55-gallon capacity; and, (iii) tne sides and ends of the containment vessel must have at least 8 inches of insulation.
(b) Contents (1) Type and form of material Uranyl nitrate or uranium oxides, of any enrichment :n the U-235 isotope, provided the H/U-235 ratio does not exceed 20, considering all sources of moderation within the inner container.
(2) Maximum quantity of material per package Not more than 3.6 kilograms U-235 in a volume not to exceed 3.6 liters.
