Dear Mr. Eyed:
This letter is sent to acknowledge receipt of your letter to me of September 4,1979, in which you requested that certain other matters related to siting, emergency planning, and need for power be co.nsidered in conjunction with your petition of June 29, 1979 addressed to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regul ation. Your June 29th petition requested that the Director suspend or revoke the construction pennits for Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1 and 2.
The matters raised in your September 4th letter will be considered with your earlier petition in accordance with 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and we will inform you of our decision within a reasonable time.
