This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. N. E. DuBry of this office
on July 31-August 2, 1979, of activities at the University of Wisconsin
Nuclear Reactor authorized by NRC Operating License No. R-74 and Special
Nuclear Material License No. SNM-116 and to the discussion of our findings
with Mr. Cashwell and yourself at the conclusion of the inspection.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifi2s areas examined
during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
