During our phone conversation of September 18, 1979, relative to your letter dated August 13, 1979, concerning emergency response capabilities, I referred you to a portion of the transcripts from the Duke Power proceedings. Although as I indicated, a full set of transcripts will be maintained at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County Public Library, I am not sure of the timeliness of the availability of these documents.
Therefore, I have enclosed for your use that portion of the record as an effort to expedite a response to your concerns.
