The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits Revision 1 to the Q"ality Assurance Plan previously transmitted to the NRC by reference 1.
The material included with this transmittal addresses the questions set forth by reference 2.
Please find enclosed the organization chart for the Westinghouse Forest Hills Site, Figure 6, which license shall be included with the Westinghouse Quality Assurance Flan.
As the Forest Ilills Site is multidivisional, Figure 6 only depicts the Regulatory Com-pliance function.
