o MANAGEMENT AUDIT REQUIREMENTS QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM I.
Radiographic Inspections at Field Construction Sites The Director of Welding Engineering and Quality Assurance or his designated management representative shall conduct an annual audit to verify that each activity of the Quality Assurance Program for Shipping Radioactive Sealed Sources is fully complied with.
Audit results shall be documented, and maintained as records for inspection and review by regulatory agencies.
II. Radiographic Inspections at Plant Facilities (Fixed Locations)
The Manager of Quality Control, Quality Assurance or their designated management representative at each plant facility licensed to perform radiographic inspections shall conduct an annual audit to verify that each activity of the Quality Assurance Program for Shipping Radioactive Scaled Sources is fully complied with.
Audit results shall be documented, and maintained as records for inspection and review by regulatory agencies.
