To QTE Review Group Members Gentlemen:
Subject:
QTE Review Group Meeting Enclosed is a copy of the revised " Connector Assembly Test Plan for Browns Ferry, Unit 3, Connectors." This revised plan incorporates the changes suggested in the August 1,1979 memo from Messrs. Eisenhut and Schroeder to Dr. Murley. Pursuant to this memo, the Qualification Testing Evaluation Research Review Group is to review the test plan one more time before we can proceed with the tests.
In order to meet the tight schedule for these tests, a QTE research review group meeting is scheduled as follows to complete the review of the new test plan:

PLACE: Maryland National Bank Building 6110 It is important that you attend this meeting.
Subject to the approval of the Review Group, the test will be scheduled the week of September 24, 1979.
Please let me know if you plan to go to Sandia to witness the test.
