The shipping activities authorized by this approval are procurcient, mainten-ance, repair,and use. All other shipping activities si.e., design, fabrication, as sembly, testing, and modification) shall be satisfied by obtaining certifi-ca tions from package suppliers that these activities were conducted in accordance with an NRC-approved QA program.
