Under the provisions of 10 CFR 71.12 (b), Washington State University Facility License R-76, hereby submits written registration for the ship-ment of TRIGA fuel rods using shipping container types TRIGA-I and TRICA-II, Certification of Compliance No. 9034 and 9037 of Marcle 24, 1978 issued to the General Atomic Company.
Washington State University certifies that:
- 1) a copy of the Certification of Compliance No. 9034 and 9037 issued to General Atomic Company are on file at this facility, 2) all the terms and conditions of said certificates will be complied
- with, 3) shipment will b a accomplished prior to expiration of the above cer-tificates, aca
