7 Docket No. 50-466 Gentlemen:
J The Stal, is in receipt of four additional letters regarding participation by their authors in the captioned proceeding.
By letter of July 9,1979, Ms. Nancy L. Durham states that she is " petitioning the Secretary of the Commission to halt the licensing of the Allens Creek" plant for various reasons.
On the same date, Dr. Marlene R. Warner wrote that she is " opposed to construction of the proposed nuclear generating station" because her " health and well being" and that of her children would be endangered by the plant. By letter of July 10, 1979, Mr. Eugene E. Mueller stated simply that "I wish to intervene in connection with the proposed building of the Allens Creek nuclear project." Finally, in an undated letter served on the Staff by the Docketing and Service Section on July 17, 1979, Ms. Dana Erichson requested that she "be included in a petition to intervene in the operation of this plant."
It is unclear from these various expressions of interest in this proceeding whether the above-named individuals wish to participate as full parties in this matter pursuant to 10 CFR (2.714 or whether they simply wish to make limited 6poearance statements pursuant to 10 CFR 92.715(a). Therefore, the Staff urges the Board to seek clarification from these individuals with regard to the:.-
intended form of participation in the Allens Creek hearings.
