On July 9, 1979 Gamma Industries shipped to you eight (8) copies of an Application for NRC Certificate of Compliance authorizing Shipment of Radioactive Material in Gamma Industries' Shipping Container Source Exchanger Model C-10 Type B Shipping Containers, and included a check for "wo Hundred & No/100 Dollars ($200.00).

Attached are (1) a copy of the letter of transmittal and (2) a copy of the Federal Express Airbill No. 91311507 which attest the shipment was made.

No acknowledgement has been submitted to me that you have received and assigned a document number to this Application.

It will be most appreciated if you will promptly send notification that the application and check have been received.

Also, it will be useful for our planning purposes to be informed as to the esti-mated date your initial application review will be completed.
