Gentlemen:
On July 10, 1979, the Licensee in the referenced proceeding filed a " Supple-mental Motion for Order Compelling Intervenor Eugene Rosolie, Pro Se and Coalition for Safe Power to Respond Fully to Licensee's Second Set cf Inter-rogatories". That motion supplemented a June 11, 1979 motion by the Licensee and is directed to Intervenor's interrogatory responses of May 30, 1979 and supplemental responses of June 30, 1979.
Since the Supplemental Motion involves discovery between the Licensee and Intervenor, the Staff takes no position on the matter and does not intend to file any further response with regard to the Supplemental Motion.
