On July 3,1979, the Department of Justice and the NRC Staff filed a Joint Moticn for Partial Reconsideration of the Board's Ord. : of June 25, 1979 and Application for Issuance c Subpoenas. On July 9,1979, Texas Utiliti Generating C mpany filed a Reply.
Upon good cause shown, the instant joint motion is granted, and, upon the showing of general relevance, the instant application is granted.
The schedule set forth in our Order of June 25, 1979 is now amended as follows:

witness lists, short summaries of testimony, and recomrandations regarding censolidation January 18, 1980 submission of trial briefs February 4, 1980 evidentiary hearing.
