I thank you for the resolutions and other information which you sent to me on August 10, 1979. The State Programs staff office has siace met with Mr. Clancy and reviewed the ongoing emergency preparedness program with him.
I will be pleased to meet with you to discuss how the Conference and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission can work together to insure that cities located near nuclear facilities are adequately prepared for all potential emergency situations.
