Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear-1 ORDER By letter dated July 16, 1979, front Chairman Carbon of the Advisory Comittee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) to Chainnan Hendrie, The Comittee provided its views on certain questions, posed by the Comission, concerning the use of shorter pilings than originally contemplated to support the Bailly facility. The use of shorter pilings is the subject of petitions now before the Comission.
Copies of the ACRS' July 16 letter have been served on all parties.
Any party wishing to coment on it may do so. Comments should be submitted to the Comission no later than August 15, 1979.
