Mr. William A.
Schaeffler Director Combined Federal Campaign 95 M Street, S.W.
Washington, D.C.
20024
Dear Mr. Schaeffler:
Thank you for your letter of July 17, 1979, in which you requested the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's participation in the Combined Federal Campaign Loaned Executive Program.
Regretably, I am unable to provide an NRC executive for the 1980 campaign.
The workload demands have always been heavy, hat in the aftermath of the Three Mile Island incident, these demands have escalated significantly.
While I see no imminent reduction of our workload, the NRC hopes to be able to resume its participation in the program for the 1981 Combined Federal Campaign.
