e Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION I'anhattan College Corporation Docket No. 50-199 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on April 25-26, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full conpli-ance with conditions of your License R-94 as indicated below.
This is a de ficiency.
Technical Specification E.5, states in part, " Written instructions govern-ing er.crgency and evacuation nrocedures shall specify the necessary action to be taken in the event of a. emergency, such instructions shall be posted in casily accessible locations both inside and outside the 3rR room."
f Contrary to the above the Emergency Procedure was not posted as required on April 25, 1979.
