Dear Mr. Sampels:
This will confirm, as agreed, that the deposition of Robert Hartley, Staff's expert engineering witness, will be postponed until the week of October 29, 1379, due to the illness of Mr. Roy P. Lessy, Jr., who has been working with Mr. Hartley.
In return, and due to your unavailability for the days August 27-30, the deposition of Mr. J.B. Robuck has been po.tponed until August 30, and the depositions of W.G. Marquardt, W.M. Taylor, and E.D. Scarth, originally scheduled for August 28-30, have been postponed until sometime during the months of September or October, subject to your availability and theirs. Mr. Robuck's deposition will be conducted at the NRC offices in Arlington, Texas, to begin at 9:00 a.m.
