Enclosed is Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0010, Revision No. O.
Please note the conditions of the approval, particularly Condition B.
This condition reflects Item II.4 of the enclosure to our May 30, 1979 letter to you and the requirement of Criterion 2 of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71 which states:
"The licensee shall identify the material and components to be covered by the quality assurance program...."
Regarding the acceptability of the two page, "10 CFR Part 71 QA Program for Industrial Radiography Licensees" referred to in your July 4, 1979 letter, this program was approved by me under delegation of authority I have from the Commission.
