In response to your telephone request of July 23, 1979, I am enclosing certain materials relating to the New Haven proceeding for your consideration and use if you decide to seek to intervene in the proceeding. Enclosed are copies of (1) the Federal Register Notice of Hearing on this application; (2) Part 2 of the Commission's Rules of Practice; (3) a Licensing Board Order of June 20, 1979 requesting certain memoranda from petitioners to intervene from outside Oswego County; and (4) those portions of the Pre-hearing Conference transcript which are referred to in the June 20 Board Order.
