This letter is in response to your August 10th letter requesting a report in compliance with IE Bulletin No. 79-19.
As stipulated on page 3 of the Bulletin No. 75-19 Cornell College :.eed not take action enumerated therein since we do n.at generate low-level radioactive waste.
Our license is for a sealed Pu-Be source which is used to irradiate foils (indium, manganese, and silver) producing very low activities with half-lives of a few hours or less. These foils are then re-used each year.
