In connection with our recent phone conversation, I have enclosed a copy of CFUR's contentions, which reflects the changes made at the meeting of the parties held on July 17, 1979, and the positions taken by the parties at that meeting. As I am sure you recognize, the positions taken were not final and are subject to change. A conference call to further discuss these con-tentions is tentatively scheduled for August 30 or 31.
