Arkansas Power and Light Company Arkansas f.'aclear One, Unit 1 Docket flo. 50-313 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an flRC inspection conducted during the period of June 18 -
July 7,1979, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with flRC regulations and the conditions of your license, DPR-51, as indicated below:
Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires that, " Written procedures shall be established, implemented, and maintained covering.

The applicable procedures recommended in Appendix "A" of Regulatory Guide 1.33...."
As required in paragraph A of Appendix A to Regulatory Guide 1.33, Procedure 1004.14, Revision 2, Initiating and Processing of Job Orders, has been established.
Sections 4.11, 4.15 and 4.17 of this procedure contain specific documentation requirements pertaining to the use of the Job Order for the administrative control of maintenance activities on safety-related equipment.
Contrary to the above, the documentation requirements of Procedure 1004.14 were not met for~the following Job Orders:
