APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Docket No. 99900368/79-01 Daniel Construction Company Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on May 21-23, 1979, certain of your activities appear to deviate from applicable codes, guides, or standards approved by the Commission, as indicated below.
ANSI N45.2-1971, paragraph 2, specifies that the QA Program shall provide for indoctrination and training of personnel performing activities af fecting quality as necessary to assure that suitable proficiency is achieved,and maintained.
Contrary to the above, the Technical Services Division of the Power Group had not implemented an indoctrination and training program to assure that personnel per f o rming activites affecting quality have attained suitable proficiency.
