This is in response to your July 17, 1979 request to change the date for implementing your Safeguards Contingency Plan from August 2,1979 to August 27, 1979.
We have reviewed your request including the circumstances upon which you have made it. We have determined that extending the implementation date as you propose would not be inimical to the common defense and security and would not constitute an unreasonable risk to the health and safety of the put>lic.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending Section 9 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment, MPP-2 to your License No. Stim-777 by revising License Condition 9.1.B to read as follows, effective immediately.
9.1. B Effective August 27, 1979, the licensee shall follow the Safeguards Contingency Plan, Wood River, Revision 0, dated September 19, 1978, as amended by Revision 1, February 9, 1979; and as amended by these license conditions and as further amended by changes authorized under the previsions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
