This refers to the Training and Qualification Plan revisions submitted by your letter of July 18, 1979. We have determined that the plan as revised is now acceptable.
Accordingly, we are amending Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Plan MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-368 by revising License Condition 9.1.C as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective 60 days after receipt.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter dated July 18, 1979 contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(a).

the enclosure is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
