This is in response to your letter dated August 1,1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of thirteen categories of docunents.
In response to your request the documents listed on the appendix are enclosed.
No minutes were recorded during the April 1,1976 meeting between NRC and the Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PME) on April 1,1976, as requested in item S.
NRC staff was unable to locate any documents pertaining to items 7 or 9.
This office suggests that you contact the Department of Energy regording photographs of the Idaho Falls Accident as requested in items 12 and 13.
