JUL 0 51979 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Westinghouse Electric Corporation License No. SNM-1107 Based on the NRC inspection June 18-22, 1979, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by License Condition No. 45, written tests shall be conducted in determining the effectiveness of the training program.
