Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 SEP Topic III-10.C, EbR Recirculation Pump Discharge Valves In Reference (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) was provided with the revised NRC Staff assesement of SEP Topic I II--10. C.
NNECO's review of that assessment has determined that the revision is factually correct with respect to the Millstone Unit No. 1 design and accurately reflects our comments provided in Reference (2).
