20555 Gentlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to request an extension in the normal reporting time for the June 1979 high and low enriched inventory reports.
The reason for this request is the fact that the UNC Recovery Systems facility is closed for a plant vacation from June 11 thru July 1, 1979.
As the inventory cutoff date was June 4, 1979, the normal 30 day reporting period will be up on July 4, 1979.
We are requesting that this date be extended to July 20, 1979, to permit inventory reconciliation by our personnel after their return from vacation.
