PAGE 5, SECTION 1.2.1.1 A MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Changes have been incorporated as suggested.

PAGE 6, SECTION 1.3.1.4 MENTAL QUALIFICATION Additions have been incorporated as suggested.
III.
PAGE 7, SECTION 1.3.1.5 PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS Paragraph D was added to address incapacitating diseases and illness recovery as suggested.
Drug / alcohol addiction is adequately addressed in Paragraph A of 1.3.1.5.
IV.
PAGE 8, SECTION 1.3.1.6 PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTING Paragraph B of this section has been revised to clarify the program for the determination of whether a security officer is physically fit to perform routine and contingency duties at VNC.

PAGE 8, SECTION 1.3.1.7 PHYSICAL REQUALIFICATION Additions have been incorporated as suggested.
VI.
PAGE 8, SECTION 1.3.2 QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTATION Rather than adding requalification docunentation to this section, Section 1.3.3 was added to identify certification of the physical and mental requalification as st.ggested.
Certification of weapons requalification is adequately covered in Section 2.2.5.2.
